Newly Launched Paints Technical Centre (PTC)

Equipped with state-of-the-art application equipment & instrumentation, as well as experienced paint chemists, our Paint Technical Centre not only plays an important role in bridging mineral properties to end application requirements, but also helps support our clients in their development programmes and provide technical support to deliver value added mineral solutions.

The 12th Asian Paint Industry Council (APIC) meeting took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 6th to 7th November 2008 at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, hosted this time by he Malaysian Paint Manufacturers' Association (MPMA). More than 80 delegates and representatives from member associations of paint industry in the region, including 3 from Sibelco Malaysia, had attended in this event, reviewing and exchange information on issues of common interest e.g. standards, statistics, trends and environmental concerns etc, with regional and international implications.
